Park Development
The design for Primrose is completed and it has been successfully processed through the Purchasing Department. The bid for construction has been awarded to Falvey's Earthworks.
Primrose Park’s perimeter will be fenced off during construction. The estimated date of the park’s completion is winter 2024.
The park master plan design was developed with feedback from neighbors and community members. It was approved by the Boise Parks and Recreation Commission on April 21, 2022.

Design Concepts
Project completion estimates are subject to change due to volatility in the construction industry. Current challenges include material availability, rising costs, supply chain disruptions, staffing shortages and more. Boise Parks and Recreation will update project timelines as needed if delays occur.
